This is not about safety data sheets, but about the quality of interaction and communication between management and scientists/workers to ensure they understand the expectations around occupational health, safety and environment and their role, rights and responsibilities as part of the development of the project. 

These issues may also be relevant in other parts of the supply chain and may include training and awareness dialogue with customers or suppliers.
