The workshop will focus on ways to increase the integration of women into the science and technology workforce through a focus on technology education and skills. It will examine ways to increase the impact of existing means at EU level to promote the full participation of women in the technology sectors and develop new ideas for taking the gender into account in future programmes in order to promote diversity and smart growth.
