There exists considerable practical evidence that Decisions are entirely dependent on the existence of Emotions in the decision-making body.

And 'Bots emotions (so far) can only imitate emotional factors - especially based  on Large Language Models that are predicated primarily on the probabilities of the adjacency of words in a String or Thread.

 SqLite is proposed as:

• an addition to TheCore of TiddlyWiki within which many benefits will evolve
