Human security and fundamental human right  

Individual cares for all human-beings and over generations are becoming feasible thanks to bioinformatics to trace each individual supported by biosciences as well as ICT(Information, Communication, Technology).

Roles of basic data, in vivo, in vitro, in situ, in silico and so on for all facets of life complexities, epidemiological studies, real time monitoring of medical services are to be holistically integrated, and also cares on metal and sociological states of the community if matters.  All potential actions cost, which requires  economical, ethical and organizational and other strengths.
