Decision-making strategies
During the Trialog four timing strategies were presented and participants discussed which challenges and upcoming decisions are suitable for which decision strategy.

The graph illustrates the different possible strategies to decide under circumstances of uncertainty and path dependencies. The strategies are characterized a) by the openess for new information and towards various stakeholders and b) by the timing of the decision-making.
