Person based elements are a criteria we need to have first and then we would benefit from using a service management model for people elements of well being
Developed populations would need a crisis response model with minimum wellness looking allot like the following;
Underdeveloped would need certain minimum criteria but their needs would need to be define locally. Recommendation would be to encourage these same types as they are universal.
