The approach is fairly simple.
- Create a top-level node called Topics.
- Take the time to define each topic
- Take the time to add citations which help define the topic
- Use that topic as a target for in-bound links from related topics
- Use that topic as a tag to enhance other nodes anywhere in DebateGraph
