People should not get something for free that takes money to create.  Music takes time and money to not only create, but to produce. Music is not free if it is being sold for a price on a CD at a store. A music album is just like a painting at an art museum. With companies hiring workers specifically to search for their label's product, it is foolish for people to consider any legal justification for downloading music for free. Law suits have been filed to not only make an example out of those who engage in piracy, but to collaborate with other agencies in attempt to tackle the greater issue at hand. Just because a person steals music over a computer where there is no face-to-face transaction, it does not mean that there is still a receipt & identity of said person being used to make the monetary transaction. If people think that music should be downloaded for free, then they might as well just walk into any CD store and start grabbing albums.
