Implementation Strategy 1: Provide MS STEM CoursesâSTEM Courses are scheduled as individual classes in which students learn by doling. In each grade students are provided with Maker or Engineering Design Briefs. The goal is to create an engineering design challenge as the context for application of knowledge from a range of disciplines including, but not limited to, design, science, technology, engineering and mathematics.â9FDDBE

Implementation Strategy 2: Interdisciplinary Project-Based LearningâWe intend to rollout grade-level projects over three years. The first interdisciplinary project is for 8th grade. After we evaluate our first project, we will plan another. Next year we intend to rollout an interdisciplinary project for 7th grade. If all goes well, by the end of year three, we will have a series of age-approrpiate interdisciplinary projects for each year. PD is and will be be provided to increase the quality, frequency and integration of STEM across all subject â9FDDBE
