Private and Public Sector people in positions of authority including standards setting organizations view privacy as task in file not understanding the rights of the person with bias towards simply enabling new technology solutions, fails to safeguard adults and therefore significantly increases threats to the rights of the child.
We must address the issue as a WICKED type of problem.
