| Tempted Einwand1 #16994 Prison acts as a deterent to not commit a crime, to be tarred as a criminal, to be away from my family for any period of time. Therefore I do not break the law. Take away imprisonment as a punishment for committing a crime, and there is no deterrent, I would be tempted.
