All parties agreed that EU leadership in eGovernment is essential. Also need to focus on increasing collaboration between different administrative levels (not easy in such a decentralised country) and between the private and the public sectors.
The time lag between political planning and implementation on the ground needs to be shortened. All recognise the key role of eGovernment in taking us out of the crisis.
