Actions—Reduce vulnerabilities in products, applications, web services
The public and private sector should deepen discussion on how best to stimulate private sector efforts to improving security in products and services. Reducing vulnerabilities in products, applications and web services to make the ICT infrastructure more resilient to malware could be a priority.

Several examples of successful PPP were discussed, however, the public and private sector are expected to deepen the discussion on how to stimulate and coordinate stakeholders’ cyber security efforts. Despite improvement, trust and transparency still remain as critical factors to be supported both on national and international level. The priority areas for improved cooperation include information exchange and further coordination between ISPs and governments. Instead of strict regulatory approach to cyber security, soft regulatory approaches should be considered.
