It does not support growth in poor countries.
Poor countries are used simply for their cheap labor and natural resource; capitalism is not interested in their well being.

1)A prime example could be the diamond trade. The sheer exploitation of the African nations and African people have all been in the name of capitalism, through De Beers (major purchaser of blood diamonds.)
-major rebel groups enslave the people in order to comb for diamonds
-then they sell the diamonds to fund their internal wars.

2)This exploitation does not allow for strong government in the regions affected, they must be in a state of constant warfare in order for the rich to have some pretty stones!
