Religious justifications are inadmissible.

If one accepts that mutual respect between religions is optimal, one can't reasonably expect one's religion to be the standard to which everyone adheres. Thus, because "eternal" is a theological justification, Israelis can not expect non Jews to accept it as a legitimate universal justification.
