Partnership

Partnership is the fourth pillar of the Humanitarian Reform. This refers to UN partnership with NGOs and the Red Cross Movement. Originally there were only four pillars to the Humanitarian Reform Movement, but it was soon realised that a UN centric reform ignored the main humanitarian actors.
