We have just started and need 13 Likes to get a human-friendly URL, something like
http://www.facebook.com/Worldwide.Open.Citizen.Network
(since FB supports only the dot as a non alphanumerical delimiter in UserNames)

For each city/village in the world (where free speech is allowed) we suggest to have a community page (earlier called fanpage), where citizens have an open dialog, showing face and profile, thus building a network of friends, locally and globally.
