Allow emphasis in the (short or long) description of a node
Make it possible to highlight a word or an expression in the description of a node. Example: look at the children of #92528, where I used asterisks to highlight some words in the descriptions. Emphasis could be italics, bold, whatever. Italics or bold seems better than change in background color.
