Maintain ignorance about the level of government corruption

It has been said and repeated that Wikileaks didn't reveal anything that wasn't well known before, but the impressive size of the fortune accumulated by the tyrans, both in Tunisia and Egypt, probably goes some way beyond what the population would have expected.
