Grad/Katyusha missiles threaten Ashkelon

Grad/Katyusha missiles, with a 20.4-kilometer-range, were used  for the first time by Hamas on March 28, 2006, making the Israeli city of Ashkelon vulnerable to attack (and the total number of Israelis under threat from 200,000 to 500,000.
