By default, open a new tab in the browser when going to another map
If, in the stream view of the Debategraph map (which typically includes nodes from several different maps), you right-click on the name of a map, you don't get the usual choice "Open link in a new tab", "open link in a new window" etc. Current behaviour is "open link in the same map".
