What role can Internet play in preparing the upcoming elections?
Tunisians have 6 months to get ready for the elections which everybody agrees should be a crucial step in ensuring the transition to democracy. In a pre-Internet context, this would mean political parties negotiations, meetings, TV debates, street manifestations, etc. Will Internet change that?
