Domino effect in Eastern Europe linked to removal of the Soviet "hand"

Central Europe communist regimes toppled one after the other because the USSR union was no longer there. No such common outside oppressor exists in the Arab world. Change in Tunisia, to the extent that it will occur, may not herald democratization elsewhere in the region.
