Cyberattacks against Tunisian government were primitive, disorganized

Mastery of cyber attacks such as DDoS targeting governments will improve. Many authoritarian governments have a strong police that is well-trained in repressing street violence or manifestations. Instead of fighting on the street, attacking government's logistics can be more effective.
