Looks like this is not always working

Google Translate is still active on my Chrome browser: when I look at a German page, I get a message from Google asking whether I want to translate it. I noticed today that Debategraph pages in German (e.g. http://debategraph.org/Stream.aspx?nID=88599&iv=4) no longer generate the Google message.
