EU could push for an EU credit card due to privacy concerns

Amazon, Visa and Mastercard could be asked to clarify the legality of their recent moves with respect to the EU court system. Maybe the EU could even decide to push for an EU credit card or for an EU version of EC2 due to privacy concerns and violations of EU law by Visa, MasterCard and Amazon.
