Assange may face conspiracy charge under Computer Fraud and Abuse Act

The Dept of Justice could bring a conspiracy charge against Assange under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, if investigators have evidence that Assange incited or aided someone in obtaining the documents illegally.
