Constitution for Learning

Most governments today operate from a constitution, a set of agreed ways for people to make collective decisions and resolve differences. A constitution for learning is a set of practices to agree on facts, analyze problems, and resolve issues where personal interests may be affected.

To have a constitution, people must share some of the same beliefs and values. (See Wicked Problems.)
