Mouseovering question marks in Community tab

In the Community screen, there are presently two red question marks (explaining the "unsubscribe" and "friendly URL" items). Mouseovering these question marks works fine with Google Chrome (8.0) but not with Firefox (3.6.10 or 4.0 beta 6 or 4.0 beta 7)
