On page reload, the position in the stream is remembered
When you do a page refresh, the relative position of the vertical scroll bar ("elevator") in the stream is remembered. Is this normal? (Unrelated: the last search is also saved when the page is reloaded, even after emptying the browser cache. Seems that there is a Debategraph cache active here?)
