EpiILM

The R package EpiILM provides tools for simulating from discrete-time individual level models for infectious disease data analysis. This epidemic model class contains spatial and contact-network based models with two disease types: Susceptible-Infectious (SI) and Susceptible-Infectious-Removed (SIR).
