Individual Physical Person
A person party type intends to identify the individuals in any scenario. Assumes a person in the human sense versus artificial intelligence. Assumes a person in a role as a member of civil society unlike a role as a customer contact, supplier contact or worker. See transactional relationships.
This person type has a hard dependency with the environment to ensure health and safety. A physical dependency on a location in a city, town or reservation including any indigenous populations GIS

Social responsibility goals are intended to protect civil society(individuals) from harms caused by organizations and protections implied by agencies at all levels of government(Nations, States, county, cities).
