Team Roles
Based on HR's suggestions and willingness of some members, i am going to assign roles to all team members. We can change role at any stage of project if:
1. Responsible person is not performing as per required.
2. Another person is more interested and can handle duty with responsibility and efficiently.
3. There is conflict of interest with another team member
and so on...
