Few User Designed Models exist

Every business or government service designs in ways that serve their business or government preferences rather than those who should benefit.

In the US, Obama care outcomes are a perfect example of how a service (healthcare for all) failed to deliver to civil society. Instead, this critical transformation was designed to benefit the insurers and healthcare providers rather than the people who the service was intended to benefit.
