S6: costs, healthy, viable fetus, mother health risk

We anticipate that most people will agree that if continuing a pregnancy will put the mother's health and well-being at risk, then even a healthy, viable fetus should be removed, late in the term, and that the cost of doing so, and the cost of caring for the premature baby should be borne by taxpayers at large through our healthcare system.
