S4-1: costs, healthy fetus & mother, late in pregnancy, first time
While we do not anticipate that people will think that mothers should be permitted to have late term abortions, if that is allowed, we think that most people will expect the mother to pay for at least 50% of the cost, as a deterrent to waiting so long to decide, or not being aware, as the case may be.
