In hyperlink manager, set default value of target to "New tab"
In the detailed text editor, whenever I create a hyperlink, I have to change the value of Target to "New window". This actually won't open a new window, but a new tab in the current window (which is what i want). The current default value is "Same Window" (actually loads the link to the same tab).
