Who I am
I am a kenyan, I have a wealth of information in sustainable land use for food production and value addition to enhnace sustainable access to nutritious food among school communities.

I suggest SCOPE Kenya Member Organizations, they all promote ecological agriculture in schools and communities. therefore we can ride on the existing systems and structure and experience to bring real change.

Other Activity
To date many children spend their school days hungry and go back to food scarcity homes, to improve their health and academic performance, we need to work with schools so that they can produce adequate amount of food to feed the needy children.
Skills
I have wider knowledge in ecological farming techniques which i can share with others through training and networking.
Projects
Currently I am involved in Schools food security and ecological conservation, a project that we are implementing in 12 schools in Kenya. The project beneficiaries are school students, teachers, parents/community members.
Planned
In 2017, we are planning to hold two training forum that will bring together, 18 field staff and 10 teachers, the main purpose is to enhance their knowledge and skills and facilitation capacity. the specific contribution will be technical facilitation.
Planned workshop
For Technologies of Peace (TOP), We are planning to hold youth training workshop that will involve integrating IT technology in agricultural activities, i will assist in mobilization and recruitment of the youth.
Current target population
We are currently working with 12 schools and communities in 11 counties in Kenya. Our focus is mainly working with young people who forms over 65% of the population, to enhance their participation in food production and environmental conservation activities.
