A feasible nuclear weapons free world would be unstable

The only feasible nuclear free world is a world in which all nuclear weapons have been destroyed, yet the knowledge to make them remains. Such a world is less stable than the current world, where some states have nuclear weapons and mostly secure second-strike capability.
