Engagement now does not preclude holding Bashir to account later
This is where realism sometimes sets in: Bsashir is the one in charge. He is the man running Sudan. And the one to talk to consolidate the agreements they have made and to bring about peace. But that does not exclude that eventually he will be held to account.
