South Africa has disarmed

South Africa is the only state to relinquish its nuclear weapons entirely.

South Africa, which had manufactured 6 air-deliverable nuclear weapons, halted its nuclear bomb program in 1989 and dismantled existing weapons and production equipment.

All nuclear devices and production facilities were dismantled by 1991, with South Africa's highly enriched uranium placed under IAEA safeguards.
