Economy of Learning

This idea posits optimum ranges of size and efficiency for learning systems and networks. The Toyota Production System, emulated by many, is a faster learning system in a factory. Silicon Valley has been a high-tech learning hotbed. So far these seem to just happen, more by accident than intent.
