Herd Learning

Most continuous improvement or process refinement is herd learning. Mix everyone's ideas together, benchmark ideas from outside, and "kaizen" changes quickly. In Compression, it is imperative to do this well, involving everyone. Every little detail counts. But herd learning is seldom innovative.
