Creating the Mission

Top leaders have to either do this, or lead the process by which it is done. A mission that commands emotional allegiance has to be "real" to those dedicated to it. Once set, the mission has to be kept in mind by all so that it is a vehicle for "aligning" activity in pursuit of it.
