Drive out fear
Reach out to learn from others. Don't fear them; don't make them fear you. Although work must be of lasting quality, mistakes are inevitable learning events. Catch them; correct them; but don't get mad. Instead, expect rapid learning, "counseling" those who refuse into a less crucial line of work.
