An African American male comes to clinic on chlorthalidone and an ACE inhibitor, both taken in the am.  VisTa reminds the clinician: "African American males with controlled blood pressure during the day are very likely to have uncontrolled blood pressure at night.  Consider moving the ACE-I to QHS".
