Global Citizen Action Plan

Adopt a universal education opportunity for system citizens, individuals who have elected to be champions for the Sustainable Development Goals.

Current circumstances may include the following;

  • Refugees
  • Indigenous populations
  • Street children/gang youth-juvenile justice intervention
  • Foster youth 
  • Human Trafficking victims
  • Disabled
  • First time unmarried parents
  • Re-entry populations

These recommendations intend to empower the underserved and hardest to reach with skills in high demand across both public and private sectors and in any industry.  

Six is Sigma belt projects using the threats as adopted by all UN member states and developing countries.

Service Management strategy using APQC as originally released with five level 1 processes as services.
