P2PCI POIs

Top of mind there are three major categories for LIM.
Production
Product
Users.

Which are divided in to Proximate small world network. Proximate networks connected to other small networks. And the same thing on the web.

Proximate means NZ. On the web means the connections you've made with developers through email and the pMOOC.

The same distinctions regarding users. Proximate in NZ, Real life networks in NZ. Then webased and pMOOC networks.

Product needs the same distinctions. Proximate in NZ. etc. web based and pMOOC is global collaboration and open source.

I have to leave it to you to add more POIs in NZ.

Then we have to add to add the causeways between all the POIs. If we can add "as measured by what" then we can start thinking about what to do.

M Ichael Josefowicz Dmitry Sokolov Each separate group is a POI. Within each group there are small groups of people who can easily talk to each other. Each of those groups is a subPOI.

M Ichael Josefowicz Dmitry Sokolov This is more of an AskMATT to build strategy for LIM. So it's more about envisioning than capturing.

LIM is the product POI
Inputs are those things necessary to create a product POI
Users are the "market" POI

The measures are units of Time or Money.
example for the Input POI has any number of sub POIs
Designer subPOI
Writer subPOI
Information Architect subPOI
UX testers subPOI
Programmers subPOI

Any subPOI will have have time. They can exchange that time for satisfaction. Satisfied depends on the inhabitant of the POI. Keep in mind a POI is NOT a person. Any one person can move from POI during the project.

You might want to try to do the same for the
Market POI
How many subPOIs can you think of?
