Collective Leadership
Perhaps the Final Image building depends on the action of more than one leader. We are studying this issue and trying to find common patterns in emerging leaders. The objective is to verify if it´s possible to generate conditions of empowering that allows the promotion of emerging leadership, and also see if this leadership can be exercised by more than one person, fostering an interdisciplinary and collective leadership.
