If we could combine the best of a Western approach to Ayurvedic medicine, the ideas of the WFPB (Whole Food, Plant-Based) diet group, Blue Zones and Dr. Dean Ornish's program I think we would be getting somewhere. Throw in consciousness care (starting with Wellness Coaching) and we would be golden.
